[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed freezer in Dec. Have yet to get the ice maker working. Wish it had wheels on the back for easier installation and pulling out to work on it.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! The automatic ice maker will not make ice in the first 24 hours of operation, but after temperatures have settled it should begin producing about 4.5 lbs a day. Please ensure the ice maker is turned on and has access to water! Further tips are included on page 22 of your Owner's Manual. If you need additional help, please reach out to us by Live Chat or by phone at 800-374-4432 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience.

Reach in Refrigerator almost fit the old space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 10 years the Kenmore Single Refrigerator failed. Repair guys wanted more to fix than it cost for a new Fridge. We purchased the FPRU19F8WF to replace it. The new appliance was 3/4" wider so we needed remodel to make it fit. The new Fridge is very nice, but it is missing the Butter storage.

Perfect Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We designed the kitchen for this fridge. It has the look of much more expensive refrigerators without the price tag. It is all fridge so no taking up valuable real estate with a freezer. All in all we love it.

A SubZero Freezer Substitute for a fraction of the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Sub Zero Freezer and Fridge for over 25 years, and they were amazing. I wanted to replace them for new ones, but the price was incredibly high and there was a wait time as well. After much research, I found a pair of Frigidaire High End Couple (Fridge and Freezer), and so far, they are as good as the SubZeros, but they cost me a fraction of the price.

poor qa, quality, and finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the thermostat was bad when we got it, the the water filter line leaked inside the unit when received, a drawer was poorly built and won't close flush, the bottom drawer doesn't align evenly, the fridge door isn't level onto the fridge unit, the water dispenser barely closes and takes a ton of force. all in all, a very poor unit
