Wish I could start all over…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish I could start all over. This fridge was to replace my last one that lasted only 4 years but “fit” into the spot I had my last one. They made it TOTALLY different now. While I was lucky and it does go into the space (they made the fridge a touch wider) they didn’t make a trim kit for my space where they used to. Now I need to figure out how to customize. Very unhappy they randomly decided this. I keep my fridge freezer combo separated in my kitchen and the trim kit for keeping it single is now only offered in 79” as they stopped making the 75” single but they still do both sizes for the duo when put together. I would’ve used a different fridge if I knew I anyway had to customize as my last fridge (same type)lasted only a few years. Buyer beware if you’re putting this in a customized space that they may change their design without a care for the customer. *Also please note fyi the design is so different to replace their last model you’ll need to replace both units even if only one goes.

We're sorry to hear the same single trim kit size was not available for these new models! The previous twins were part of the Gallery Collection, and these new models are under the Professional Collection, so some design changes were made and sizing was upgraded to account for new features like the internal water dispenser, dual-bin ice maker, and full-width shelving. We understand this may cause an inconvenience for those replacing a built-in Gallery model and apologize this information was not more clearly provided before your purchase! Good looking and COLD!
