faulty connection

panel welded incompletely; the metal and copper not welded completely together so the coolant leaked out. System was leaking for a long time to the point where the refrigerator will not function as a unit properly again because the length of time the leak happened. Both units, fridge/freezer faulty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial batch of ice took a long time to fill, so we were concerned the icemaker wouldn't keep up. Once the drawer was full, it's kept up with our usual demand very well. It's not summer yet, but we're pretty sure we'll be fine. There isn't much room to put an extra bag of ice in there, so it better. The rest of the freezer is fine - all of the food is frozen. It's doing what it is supposed to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I like the fridge. It keeps food cold, like it's supposed to. There isn't a whole lot to not like. The size is great. For the first time in 23 years, I don't have to run out to the garage to get more food from the other fridge. Yeah.

The cooling for the refrigerator has died completely. It has not worked for weeks and am waiting for repairs. Not even 2 years old

We are going to do our best to assist you. These models perform well between a 50 and 110 degree ambient. Below 50 degrees ambient, the freezer control should be adjusted to the coldest setting. The product will operate down to 39 degrees ambient, but there is a risk of food items freezing in the fresh food compartment. To reduce the risk of food freezing, the fresh food control should be adjusted to a warmer setting. If this does not resolve your issue, we’re here to help.
