This version is worse than the last.

Whoever designed this new iteration of this fridge and freezer obviously never lived with the original. What’s with the tiny narrow bottom shelves that hold ONLY bottle of wine or Pelligrino??? On this model the interior shelves are so narrow I can barely fit half of the things I could fit in the old version. It literally angers me every time I open this fridge. The door shelves are half the size they were and barely hold anything. The last design was infinitely more practical. Thanks for putting the water dispenser in, but I’d rather have the old design instead.

Bad tasting water/ice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this product. I can get past the cheap bins and the supersensitive display board. However, when I can't serve good tasting water and/or ice to my guests and am relegated to buying bottled water and ice for the past 2 years (time of purchase), I draw the line. On top of that, when you call Frigidaire to tell them about the issue, they refer you to the dealer, who is equally clueless and constantly keep referring to the need to change the water filer, even though we NEVER HAD good tasting water or ice.

Ice Maker and Interior Frost Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read other reviews concerning the ice maker and interior frost build up issues and ours has these same issues. We have done much of the same troubleshooting as far as resetting the ice maker and cleaning out the "snow" that builds up in the interior, but can't seem to stop them from occurring. We change the filters as recommended by manufacturer and use Frigidaire brand replacement filters, so unsure what is causing the frost build up. The ice maker randomly shuts off and stops making ice for no apparent reason. We have reset it, looked to see if it might be frosted over, but can't figure it out. Then when about to submit a claim for repair, it starts working again, so probably a matter of time before it dies. We have had the freezer about 15 months, so outside of the manufacturer warranty and would require out of pocket for repair. :(

Ice maker issues within the first few weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the look of the freezer/fridge combo and loved the pricepoint as well. We finally had ours installed in September 2023 and by October 2023, the freezer has ice buildup behind and under the lower drawers (left side). The repairman said the water should go from a hose into a funnel to fill the icecube trays, but the icemaker shelf shifts too much and the water is missing the funnel and building up. The repairman ordered us a new icemaker since it's under warranty, but I suspect we'll continue to have issues with unit like so many others. If the new icemaker fits tighter and stops the leak, I'll be happy to update my review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third model / version of this fridge, and this iteration is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the prior 2. We had cooling/freezing issues before, and that is no longer an issue, and the aesthetics of it, with the stainless steel interior and smoky door shelving, plus the fridge now has an internal water dispenser, are all significant improvements
