[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I like the fridge. It keeps food cold, like it's supposed to. There isn't a whole lot to not like. The size is great. For the first time in 23 years, I don't have to run out to the garage to get more food from the other fridge. Yeah.

The cooling for the refrigerator has died completely. It has not worked for weeks and am waiting for repairs. Not even 2 years old

We are going to do our best to assist you. These models perform well between a 50 and 110 degree ambient. Below 50 degrees ambient, the freezer control should be adjusted to the coldest setting. The product will operate down to 39 degrees ambient, but there is a risk of food items freezing in the fresh food compartment. To reduce the risk of food freezing, the fresh food control should be adjusted to a warmer setting. If this does not resolve your issue, we’re here to help. My new Frigidaire counter depth fridge has the same number of cubic feet as my old one, but this one has a layout that makes me feel like I could just walk in and look around. It also has more light and really sparkles so I can more easily find what I am looking for… great product!
