A SubZero Freezer Substitute for a fraction of the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Sub Zero Freezer and Fridge for over 25 years, and they were amazing. I wanted to replace them for new ones, but the price was incredibly high and there was a wait time as well. After much research, I found a pair of Frigidaire High End Couple (Fridge and Freezer), and so far, they are as good as the SubZeros, but they cost me a fraction of the price.

Ice Maker Blues and Leaky Filter

After about a year of ownership, ice maker started acting up a few months ago and now it finally stopped making ice. Replaced water filter, reset ice maker and made sure the lights to ice maker were on as you can turn the ice maker off and on. Pretty bummed we are at this point. We had to wait almost a year to get this unit in due to COVID and heard that appliances made right after or during COVID shutdowns were experiencing issues. These units have been a dream of mine for almost 10years. So again, I’m bummed this is all happening so soon. Now after changing this last water filter, there is now a leak coming from there. At this point I am super disappointed. We like the Frigidaire units and have had good luck with them in the past, but can't say much for this freezer' s ice maker and now the fridge’s water filter. Would love advice for fixes.

The cooling for the refrigerator has died completely. It has not worked for weeks and am waiting for repairs. Not even 2 years old

The product will operate down to 39 degrees ambient, but there is a risk of food items freezing in the fresh food compartment. Nice quiet machines ,cools well . Poor fit and finish of refrigerator interior, water dispenser does not chill water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator and freezer run quietly . They are spacious . They look good. Issues - The water dispensor does not chill more than 10 oz of water an hour . The unit has gone into demo mode 3 times. The unit does not run during demo mode, and our food has spoiled. The vegetable drawer is tilted about 1/4 inch on the right side. Frigidaire repairman was nice but told me nothing can do, also that our water dispenser does not cool , only dispenses. The draws hardware glides are flimsy and the draw warbles when opening and closing. No one can tell me why the unit goes into demo mode and stops cooling and without warning. Sabbath mode does not turn off in 5 seconds as stated in the operating Manuel . IT sometimes takes over a minute of holding fingers on panel to disengage. It does engage in 5 seconds as it should .

Great Refrigerator and Freezer set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Frigidaire professional single refrigerator and freezer set, and had them installed with the trim kit to combine them into one unit. I love the look and size of these units. The stainless steel finish, with the interior LED lighting is very sharp looking and there is a lot of room in both for food storage.

Fails often

When you know the repairman by name, and he even apologies for how bad these appliances are, you know something is definitely wrong.
