Broke when we plug it in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Water dispenser doesn’t work, instead of water coming out of the water dispenser it comes out of the filter. Brand new and needed to have it worked on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been with it only a few days but so far good. Enough room for everything, it has an ice maker but you have to open the door to get ice from a bin, I wish it would have an ice dispenser.

Beautiful and functional

My only complaint is that the crisper isn’t as great as my previous fridge (Bosch) but this duo of this fridge and freezer to give you the look you need cannot be beat!

Best Refrigerator Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new professional refrigerator, it looks high end, its high tech, and has plenty of storage room inside. It also came with a surprise...(a family of tiny gold giving fairies)...no wait that was a dream I had, the surprise was a hidden filtered cold water dispenser. I highly recommend the whole line of Professional Frigidaire appliances.

Door won't seal

I love the look and size of this unit BUT the door doesn't close 75% of the time. I have to give it a little extra nudge to make sure it closes and the unit keeps "walking back" because of this. I am very frustrated with this issue and wondered if anyone else had this problem as well?

From your description, it sounds like the refrigerator may not be properly leveled. If the appliance is not leveled during installation, the door may be misaligned or have trouble closing and sealing properly. Try placing a level on the top of your fridge at different angles to ensure it is even and not tilted forwards and ensure all four feet are firmly on the floor. Leveling instructions are included on pages 9 and 10 of your Owner's Manual at the following link: https://na2.electroluxmedia.com/Original/Electrolux/Electrolux%20Assets/Document/Complete%20Owners%20Guide/English/A16366505en.pdf.

19 cu foot Single Door Freezer

This freezer, paired with the single door refrigerator, satisfies many needs that we had in mind for our kitchen ... Upscale designing features, larger storage than regular freezers and refrigerators. We made a great decision by choosing these models over the vastly overpriced "column" style competition.
