Side by side happiness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with Frigidaire and the new side by side refrigerator and freezer set we purchased. Yes it took up to 2 years to get them in and some repairs had to be made upon receiving them but over all the wife is happy and so I’m happy!!

LOVE IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would never go back to a regular refrigerator. I Love the water dispenser inside & ice maker in freezer. It has plenty of room for a family of 7. We always had 2 refrigerators for food for such a large family; but now only need one. We just built a house & it’s one of my favorite things in the house. To top it off; It looks like a piece of art. We had a great Installer; who was familiar installing them. Just make sure you get the measurements right with the trim kit. Our builder messed up & we had to bump the wall out & move all the cabinets. Thankfully the builder didn’t charge. I would do it all over again. It’s perfect!

Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited 1.5 years for this fridge. We didn’t get the twins but only the refrigerator. It’s beautiful. I find I’m still trying to figure out how to place things in this fridge since it is “built in” so a bit more shallow than a normal refer. But it was worth the very very very long wait!

Best Decision I Made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After careful consideration, we were set to order the Gallery series of the single door 19 cu ft refrigerator and freezer. Wham, the pandemic hits and every unit is sold out. All the while, Frigidaire was planning this version in the Professional series. We live in a rural area where stocking food is important. We also had to take into consideration the power outages we incur every summer and winter that would create a load on a backup generator. These have been extremely energy efficient as well as very quiet. The only item I miss is the butter compartment that came on the Gallery version. Other than that, love it!!

Amazing!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time we saw this unit we knew we would be installing it in our newly remodeled farmhouse. We love to cook and we cook for a big family. This freezer has plenty of room for anything you need to store. Truly amazing!

My new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the money, it needs a few upgrades. It needs an additional shelf, egg and butter compartments. Very basic! Lower drawer is very flimsy and unstable.

Built-in side by side unit

We purchased our house new 2 years ago and our side by side freezer and refrigerators have been nothing but problems. First the refrigerator broke and after having almost every single internal piece replaced over the course of ~8months it was not able to be repaired. In the meantime that model was discontinued and this model was produced, so we had to buy a new freezer with the new refrigerator because you couldn't put a new model next to the old model in a built-in space. Well within 2wks of install of the new refrigerator and freezer the freezer ice maker broke, leaking water all over our hardwood floors. It was determined to be an internal leak and so it was replaced with a new freezer. It has been 48hrs, it is still not down to temperature and is not making ice. We love the size and we're excited with a family of 5 to have the large space but it has been frustrating.
