clicking noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this about a month and the first day it started clicking every time the compressor comes on. It is so loud that it wakes us up at night. We had a repairman come out and said it would need a new compressor, but they have no idea when it will arrive. They think about 6 months. Frigidaire, please help us with this problem.

Great Single-Door Freezer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As others have said, the pandemic has made product availability very challenging.. Fortunately, we were able to secure the Frigidaire Single Door Freezer to replace a similar competitors unit. From beginning to end, the communication on delivery and install was consistent and within committed timeframe. When the delivery and installation day arrived, the team arrived as expected and seamlessly installed the LARGE unit in our 1800's colonial home kitchen avoiding the trap door root ceiler access panel and making all necessary hookups. With limited space, the trim package was not necessary. Within an hour the old unit was removed and the new Freezer was in place and cubing ice. Which, BTW, the ice cubes are my grandchildren's favorite new thing for beverages. I'm not sure why, but they're not too big and seem like a perfect mix of square and rectangle. Compared to our prior single door freezer, the design and layout provided significantly more accessible space. Specifically, the door and shelving were well thought out and designed to adjust to every possible option or product we need to store.
It's been here for 2-weeks now and I'm not sure how we survived without this great Freezer. Much like the matching frig we purchased, we seem to keep buying more food thinking we're running low based on how open and organized the new freezer keeps everything. I'm all in on this product from Frigidaire. A++

Water Dispenser Doesn't Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are having to get a replacement for the refrigerator (which took 6 months to deliver!!!) because when you try to use the water dispenser, the water comes out by the filter!! The NFM repairman said there was no way for him to repair it because the problem is inside the wall of the refrigerator.

Love my Frigidaire Twins set

We get lots of compliments on them. Love the ice maker in the freezer and the hidden water dispenser inside the refrigerator.

Single Door Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the same unit purchased in 2012. It is the only unit that fits in the built in space. The unit is quite and seems to work well. I gave it a three because it seems to have much less usable interior space than the 2012 model it replaces. The main shelves are 2-3” less deep than the old unit. These deep shelves were a major feature of the old unit, allowing you to load large pots and pans easily. Part of the reason is the addition of the gallon shelf in the door, but it steels seems much smaller than the old unit. Hopefully this one will last longer than the 2012 model!
