Filter fine, ordering process terrible

I'm sure the filter is fine, but the KitchenAid website is hot garbage when trying to find the correct filter. The KRFF302EBS is the only searchable model number but my fridge is a KRFF302EBS07 and takes a completely different style filter. My fault for trusting a company to configuration control their products.

Minimal water flow

I'm on my third filter, and the water pressure has dropped immensely. Water line is not kinked, and when I bypass the filter, the flow is very strong. Once the filter is in my water flow drops to a dribble. I've followed all instructions for clearing "air" out of the filter, and still nothing. I need help with this product. Thank you

Low water pressure after replacing filter

Poor KitchenAid refrigerator filter. I replaced the filter one year ago and the water pressure was diminished significantly. The ice maker still, surprisingly, produced ice. The water dispenser was rarely used due to the low pressure. I replaced the old filter recently with another KitchenAid filter and once again the water pressure was still too low. After reading reviews showing other people had the same issue, I called the number that was listed and spoke with a man who was not helpful at all and was borderline combative. I said a few choice words and hung up realizing the conversation was not productive. I guess I will be using a generic brand filter henceforth.
