[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. Filters out lead, chlorine, asbestos, and other harmful chemicals as well as water borne parasites such as cysts. Easy to maintain. Removes chemical tastes from water. Worth it's value and a great quality. I would recommend this product to friends and family.

Crystal clear water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this filter to my sis since she's got the fridge. She usually doesn't use one 'cause they're kinda pricey. But she was stoked when I gave it to her. She drinks a lot of water, especially after working out. This filter gets rid of all the bad smells and makes the water nice and clear. It tastes way better too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the KitchenAid Refrigerator Water Filter 1 - KAD1RXD1 for a few months now, and I'm incredibly impressed. The installation was straightforward, and it immediately provided clean, crisp water. It's certified to reduce 99% of lead and other harmful contaminants, which gives me peace of mind for my family's health. The water tastes noticeably better, and my ice is clearer. I appreciate that it needs replacement only every 6 months or 200 gallons. It's a great investment for anyone looking to ensure their water is as pure as p ossible. Highly recommend! It tastes great. I love this filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a total water snob, I am so picky about the water I drink. I love the water from our fridge and know it’s because our water filter is working hard to keep our water tasting amazing. Kitchenaid brand never disappoints!!

Lacks precise installation instructions
on July 24, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kitchenaid water filter installation process proved for myself to be intricate and lacking in clarity. The absence of precise instructions hindered a seamless experience. Determining the optimal insertion depth to ensure a secure lock without water leakage posed a challenge. However, once correctly installed, the filter fits flawlessly and functions as intended. The filtered water exhibits a palatable taste, devoid of any metallic or chlorinated flavors. Prior to initial consumption, I ran over a gallon of water to eliminate any potential discoloration or contamination, allowing the filter to adequately saturate for effective filtration.
