It works well and does its job well. It is compatiable with our fridge at home so it is perfect. I really love it. The it very durable and whirlpool is very great brand in general.

Affordable and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was somewhat easy to install. I live in an area where the water is very hard. I was hoping that this filter would take the metallic taste out. It did 85%. However, the water still has some sort of an aftertaste. I see this as a replacement for those pitchers.
