CRAPPIEST WEBSITE HAS NO HELP

Ours didn't last long.

It says the filter will last 6 months, but ours went for 2 months before our fridge saying it needs to be replaced. Then our water starting tasting salty and warm?? Can we please get some help with this? that doesn't seem acceptable.

Water tastes great!

I returned two different filters that claim to work with my refrigerator. This is the correct one and the OEM filter that is supposed to be use with my Whirlpool refrigerator. I asked which filter to use, this is what they sent. Works great, tastes good with no aftertaste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defective product

Once installed the filter only dispersed a small stream of water for 5-6 seconds and then stopped working. U had to call for a replacement filter.

Barely lasted one month. The calibration for ounces doesn't last long either.

Highly Recommend

I live in an area where we have PCE in our water. I highly recommend this product for safe drinking water, for cooking and making Ice tea or other drinks. I simply twist it out or the holder and replace with New filter as recommended. I am happy that it locks in place and I don't have any different taste with using the filter as recommended.

I bought the filter from Whirlpool and signed up for the automatic six month plan. I don't have to worry about when I need to buy a new filter, it just shows up at my door. I have purchased three or four and have not had any problems.

I was shipped the wrong filters

After ordering filters, I was shipped the incorrect size. I called the "contact us" phone number and was on hold for a total of 22 minutes with music that is only appropriate for a funeral home. I was told I have to wait 24 hours for a shipping label to be emailed to me, then I can return the products for a full refund. After that, I "am welcome to order new ones." Safe to say, I will never be ordering filters through the Whirlpool website again.
