The best printers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second brother MFC. I love these printers first of all. I've been using them for work for 15 years and their quality and flexibility makes them the best for the job. Apart from producing great print results the flexibility to copy fax and scan very easily makes these things so great. Apart from that it is very user friendly. Would definitely recommend to anybody who has printing needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So when i first saw a picture of the printer it looked nice and i liked how it looked so i got it. Once i received it i didnt realize how big it was gonna be , but its big still nice and it prints fast no lag like my old printers have been best part is it came right around the time my old one broke
I would recommend this to a friend!

BROTHER QUALITY

I bought a MFC-J4110DW over five years ago and decided it was time to upgrade. Very happy with BROTHER. Found no reason to change. The new MFC-J5340DW is everything I was looking for in a multi-function printer. Excellent speed and print quality. Would have liked the possibility to scan recto/verso but that is reserved only for the top of the line.

Initial out-of-the-box.... Great. Solid and well packed. Brother Utilities a bit of a PAIN...
Had to reboot multiple times... load. reboot... but worked out OK, except for NOT being able to use PaperPort! I will connect with support to solve.

Very Misleading

Bought it to work remotely. I needed the 11x17 copying/printing. If it copies 11x17, you would think it copies 11x17, BUT IT DOESN'T. VERY misleading. Every other copier/scanner/fax I looked at, if the printed 11x17, they also copied 11x17. This is the only one I found that doesn't. Don't be mislead by the "11x17" BS.

in addition to previous review. My review was not intended to downgrade the two people I talked with in support. They were both very polite and easy to understand. They obviously were not allowed to provide my assistance probably due to company policy.
