It looks good for this printer working well for me my previous printer lasted me about 15 years so my expectations are high I hope I like it as well next year as I do now . At this time anything I say is base on limited time of use

The next better printer the 663 just went on sale to save $110 making it $50 cheaper than the this one that I purchased. Extremely disappointed

Great printer - couple of things, though

I love this printer. Hubby installed it for me and said it was a royal pain in the you-know-what to install (he's techy, so is fairly experienced at these things). But printing and scanning have been easy and flawless. It's fast. It's a little loud, so don't use it when someone is trying to sleep nearby - has a bit of a screech to it, but not a big deal when the quality of the output is so good. I printed some event invitations and they looked really professional.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve been using it for a week so far but I’m pretty much satisfied with my new printer. The quality and speed of printing is good. I didn’t have any issues while setting it up. Two minor nuances are that it’s pretty much heavy so you might need someone to help you with putting it on place. And it goes to sleeping mode very fast. So when you scan document you have to “wake it up” all the time, otherwise the Canon app on computer can not find the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick and Easy Setup

Out of the box and printing within 5 min. Setup was easy. Print speed is very good, quality of print is excellent. Printing from my phone is quick, easy and convenient. I'm very happy with this printer so far.

Works well now that we have it running. Had a difficult time getting it going but by calling Canon the issue was resolved. These printers do no work on 5GHz wifi networks (not mentioned in the paperwork), you must use 2.4GHz.
One other issue is that the plastic cover for 11x17" paper was missing.

Very happy with this printer

Easy setup on my pc. Connected to the network immediately. Didn't even need the driver disk, just downloaded from the Canon website. Itis big and it is heavy but it prints great!
