We have had this mattress for a while now and should be past the "breaking in" period that it talks about but it is so uncomfortable. It makes it to where even pillows are uncomfortable. Sleeping on the couch tonight and that thing is not in the best of shape if that tells you anything about the comfort of the mattress.

After being a tempurpedic customer for nearly 10 years i decided to upgrade and buy and new mattress and to say im disappointed would be an understatement! This matteress is horrible i wake up every day with back pain something i have never suffered from previously. Its way to hard and doesnt form to your body as my old mattress had. I do not like this mattress at all!

COMPLETE SCAM

No doubt this review will not be posted, but Tempurpedic is a horrible product. After less than a year it's like sleeping in a coffin, in a hole. I trash the product every time someone asks in our large neighborhood facebook group about mattress recommendations, and these are people that can afford the scam price of 2300 + that we paid for something we cannot get rid of and of course does not live up to the hype. Since then, of course, the boxed/delivered mattresses have all come out exposing companies like Tempurpedic for the scam price that is charged for useless multi layers of foam that cancel each other out. We can't even use the warranty because you have to prove the depth of sinkage, and of course we would only be offered a replacement, and the LAST thing we want is another one! You always end up "taken" for something in life, and Tempurpedic will go on the list of losses for us. Hard to get over still paying on something we hate, but just waiting for the day we can find a place to trash it and move on from this bad experience we still go through every night. Thanks for a bad back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on Tempur-Pedic mattresses for maybe 25 years. My first Tempur-Pedic resolved many years long back problems. After surgeries, therapy galore it was a Tempur-Pedic mattress that gave me lasting relief. So now I only buy Tempur-Pedic. As life has dictated I needed different size mattresses at different times and Tempur-Pedic has been my choice, never letting me down! I am hooked! Forever Yours Tempur-Pedic

Extremely firm

It is extremely firm. Sit on it too quickly and it will hurt your back as it has no give. I was told it will be softer in warmer weather (currently winter in MI) and that it will soften over time. Happily it is for my 6 year old and he absolutely loves it. I laid his 2 year old sister in it last night to sleep and she slept through the night for the first time EVER!!!! It was amazing. So overall we are very happy with it but, if you need a soft mattress....choose a different option.

I've returned a mattress twice. Within 6 months their is major loss of support. I will never buy a Tempurpedic again. Not worth the $$
