Very disappointed customer

This may possibly be the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I originally purchased this and the base for my mother who is disabled and she could not sleep on it. She tried for about three weeks. After realizing I can't return it, I tried it. It's been two weeks and I'm miserable. It is like sleeping on the hard floor. The mattress was said to be between and soft to medium feel. Also when raising and lowering the feet and or legs it speaks loudly enough to think there's something wrong. I can not recommend this bed to anyone positively.

Seeing as my last mattress was a Tempur-Pedic that I enjoyed for well over 10 years, I felt confident in buying from Tempur-Pedic again. Unfortunately, this new mattress does not provide the same level of comfort as my original. My back was very sore in the morning. Giving it the benefit of doubt, I figured I would at least continue using the mattress in hopes that it would get broken in, and if not, take advantage of Tempur-Pedic's 90-Night Trial. The mattress is still uncomfortable, and for reasons I cannot provide based on the rules for commenting on this site, the customer services experience has been a nightmare. Now, I am stuck with a bed I cannot sleep on, and monthly bill. Very disappointed with both the product and service.

I had my mattress replaced under warranty less than 3 years after purchase. Another 1.5 years down the road I am just trashing the Tempurpedic for another brand instead of having it replaced. My husband and I both sleep in a divot and wake up with back pain. I haven't looked at the current mattress but the first one had a huge crack going down the side where I slept.

I purchased this mattress because I gave a back issue. I believed this would relieve some of my pain. It turns out the mattress was too hard and I wanted to do was replace it with a softer one. I was told no since it's not part of the warranty. I bought an almost 7k mattress and they won't replace it. Worst purchase ever. Buyer by warned!

Too firm compared to our old tempurpedic. Our old tempurpedic is about 15 years old before they got all fancy with all the different kinds of tempurpedic beds. We still love it other than we get too hot in the middle of the night. That's why we got a new one. Really disappointed. Might be good for someone who likes a firmer bed.

Best mattress i've ever slept on!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been married for 8 years and was given a hand-me-down mattress. So I don't even know how old our mattress was. This mattress was a godsend, it is perfect for me as a stomach sleeper. The firmness says it is soft - medium but its pretty firm. (That may change with time.) My husband likes soft mattresses and he is not too happy with how it is on the firmer side, but the base makes up for it completely! I did not realize that it came with massage options so it was a pleasant surprise especially for my daughter who is immobile and benefits greatly from it. It's really great to have the adjustable base for reading and watching tv it also helps to prop my daughter up in a seated position. Overall it has been a great purchase. So good that we bought another one for another room. I highly recommend!
