Should have bought 32 years ago. Love going to bed now.The bed everyone else compares to that's why we purchased it it's the best of the best.. it does cost a little more but there's a reason for that. The adjustable base is very nice just like a big comfortable recliner... It only needs to be one mattress company in the United States the company that makes this bed is it.

Supportive yet comfortable

I was having neck pain for almost 6 months and receiving treatment from a chiropractor. When I did not get better he began to ask me about my bed. He felt that because I was a stomach sleeper, perhaps my bed was just not supporting my shoulders, neck & head properly. He suggested that maybe my bed was to blame. We looked at all kinds of beds and took a chance on the Tempurpedic bed. I say took a chance because we bought the bed at a store that was going out of business and would not be able to return it if we didn't like it. Boy I am glad we took that chance!! By the second night I knew we had made the right choice. My neck pain went away within a week. It has been 6 years now and I am still getting great nights sleep. I recommend buying the sheets from Tempurpedic because the mattress is only 10 inches thick and those deep pocket sheets are too big. Thank you for making such a quality bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress before from Brooke stones and it was such a wonderful experience, but that was many many years ago. Sadly after making a purchase recently, I realized how Tempur-pedic has gone down dramatically in their customer service and mattress quality. They are engaging in shady practices too where they trick customers into buying a "closed out mattress" online just so they don't have to do a return. They make it look like you are purchasing a mattress with a 90 day warranty/free return because of how misleading it is been designed and I spoke with a manager who said he was at the top of the company and that they are aware of the discrepancy and problem but there is absolutely nothing he can do to help me. So I am hoping every person contemplating buying Tempur-pedic online & buying their mattress... Does not buy one online or ever again because the mattress I purchased was hard and not as good as they used to be. No wonder this is a closed out mattress. It's horrible and I tried to exchange it for a different size mattress and they refused, and they have, what they say to customers down pat ...they probably have a script and know what they're doing ...so so shady... do not buy any mattresses from them. They don't care.

My husband and I bought a tempur pedic 18 years ago and loved it. We decided to buy a new one and have had nothing but disappointment. We might as well be sleeping on the floor this mattress is so difficult. The return process been a nightmare, customer service has been less than stellar, and the foundation is not eligible to be returned. After years of being extremely satisfied, we are now extremely disappointed.
