Customer service basically told me too bad & that I had to sleep on it for at least 30 uncomfortable nights with my bad back.

I would wake up with back pain and need to do physical therapy in the morning to make it through the day. After getting a tempurpedic, I could have back pain at night and wake up the next morning feeling better than ever! It's worth every penny and we're never going back to another mattress!

It's almost been a month having this mattress and we're not pleased with it it's not comfortable we feel like it's hard and we thought it was soft, medium firm and it's just feels firm. I'm very disappointed in this quality of bed. The only thing would you like to about it was the price but still the cost of what we pay for it it's not really quality.
