I know everyone like different levels of comfort. This is more on the softer side. But give enough support for my husband's lower back pain and for my minor hip pain. For the price and comfort I will recommend this bed to everyone.

Thank you tempur pedic! I really love this bed and highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is firmer than what we were anticipating. We gave it 2+ months with minimal changes. I contacted customer service only to be told that the 90 day trial or exchange process is unavailable for this model. I was offered to purchase a topper to soften the feel. During the purchase process the website marketed the 90 day trial and easy returns/exchanges throughout each page. It is quite frustrating to find out the product isn't valid and my only solution is to spend even more. I have a different model mattress and love it, but I don't think I'll be using tempur pedic for future products or services because of this miscommunication and lack of customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love it so much, I have ordered one for my mom who has had back surgery. She's having trouble getting comfortable and staying asleep. I truly think this will help her. I know I definitely sleep better on mine. I'm actually excited about bedtime now! I sleep longer, and the quality of sleep is better. I feel a difference in my energy level. Highly recommend this mattress.

I LOVE TEMPURPEDIC! I own 3. I recently ordered a mattress on Dec. 30th. I am still waiting for them to process and ship my order. I have called, texted and literally begged for updates. Again, the product is unparalleled in my opinion. But the communication and guaranteed shipping window is a joke. Now 11 days and still no updates or mattress? Very frustrating as I ordered ahead and am receiving guest this weekend. If they make it right and get me the product I paid for or a CLEAR explanation. I will happily amend this review. Definitely not a product review. More a customer service review. Blaming the Holidays that come every year isn't a great excuse for poor customer communication. Product AAA or ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMMUNICATION ⭐ Timely shipping ⭐
