This mattress is soft enough to sink into at night, yet firm enough to hold my body in place while sleeping. I don't move much on it, as it is really comfortable, and using it with an articulated base answers all my sleeping needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the bed, I was switching from an original Tempur-pedic that I had have for over 10 years which I loved. First, I wasn't sure if I liked it as much as my old bed, now after sleeping on it for several weeks, I am totally in love! It's like crawling into the most luxurious hotel room. Every time I go to sleep! It is firm, yet cushioning, supporting my body and my partner perfectly. Now, when one of us gets up another night, we don't even notice!

This mattress is a little firmer than our other Tempur-Pedic. Hoping we get used to that so a topper is not needed. Great quality and great price for a closeout. Love the Terpur-Pedic pillows also purchased!

The Tempurpedic warranty is a sham.

We purchased this bed approximately three years ago for our second home, so it has approximately 500 nights on it. the bed now sags along the edge to the point where I feel like I am falling out of it. The bed supposedly has a 10 year warranty. Tempurpedic/Sealy had us submit a few photos one of which is a quarter leaning on a ruler. We complied. Next comes the denial. "Failure to prove a valid warranty defect". This bed is failing to the point of my feeling like I am falling out of it, but based on a picture of quarter leaning on a ruler they are not going to honor the warranty. Tempurpedic/Sealy has proven itself to be a company that goes to great lengths not to honor its warranty, does not stand behind their products and generally just lacks integrity. Do not ever buy a Tempurpedic/Sealy product. They are not deserving of your business. I do not want to give this product or this company any stars, but apparently I have to give it one star to get it to publish.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Tempur-Pedic mattress. Not because there was anything wrong with the previous ones, I still have them, but with a growing family sometimes you just have to upgrade. When I first switched to tempurpedic it was an adjustment. I wasn't used to having all the support that I wasn't getting with my old Serta spring mattress. After a week of sleeping on it, I noticed that I felt way more rested and it was easier to wake up. When I got up I felt physically better. I definitely had more energy. When I bought my new king mattress, it was a seamless transition from my queen. We bought the same firmness and even after 7 or so years on the queen, it never felt any different than the king we bought. It didn't wear out or break in. 11/10 I would definitely continue to purchase tempurpedic mattresses.
