We finally upgraded from our original Tempur-Pedic mattress of 21 plus years. The original finally became too soft and was retaining too much heat. We are definitely happy and sleeping better now with a much firmer and cooler mattress! I would definitely buy again!

Love this mattress! We purchased our 1st Tempur-Pedic 20 years ago and originally owned the Grand. We have 6 children who love our mattress and are constantly in our bed. In an effort to remove them, we purchased 5 Cloud Prima's for them and I wish we had done it sooner. When they first arrived, I was worried they were too hard, but within a few weeks they started to soften considerably (it can take 30 days-be patient and trust it will happen). You can purchase different height bases to meet your needs as well and we did that. I went through the Tempur-Pedic website to order them and the customer service agents are helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The online process was simple and the delivery process was very easy. You can pick your delivery time, the driver calls in advance, our old mattresses were removed, and we are very satisfied. With a big busy family, we all value sleep around at our house, and believe a great mattress is super important....highly recommend!

This is our 3rd Tempur since 2000 (our daughter and her husband still love the original). Best sleep ever. Husband needs adjustable bed for neck issues. Tempur has never failed him. I just want to sleep well, and this is the only mattress that delivers on that promise.
