I am still getting used to this mattress. I was used to sleeping on a very soft pillow top mattress so it has definitely been an adjustment. I do believe the quality is excellent and I have had some wonderful nights sleep on it so far. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Purchased during pandemic so was not able to really try out other tempurpedic mattresses. I also purchased the liquid mattress protector and it is excellent quality and protected from liquid beautifully when some was accidentally spilled on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This mattress is definitely more on the firm side! But I have not been waking up with back and neck pain AT ALL, on our old mattress I had pain every morning. If it was less firm it would be the perfect mattress.

We are no longer sleeping on the mattress as we have not been able to sleep through the night. We find the mattress too soft for us. We've spoken with someone, and are waiting for stores to reopen so we can replace the mattress. We're still PRO Tempur Pedic!
