It is okay. I am a shifter, I switch positions all night due to health issues. I find this mattress uncomfortable when flat. I tend to have the head raised slightly to stay comfortable all night. The adjustable base is very nice and quiet. I had the first generation adjustable base and it still works. But, when I bought a new mattress, I decided to get a new base too. So glad I did. It is smoother and more user friendly then the original.

The description says soft-medium, however, we find it to be a little to firm. So right now we are not thrilled. It asks for a recommendation, thats a tough question because it depends on what you like , and everyone is different. You may love it, but right now we are undecided.

My wife & I are experiencing back pains since receiving the mattress about 2 months ago. Tempur-Cloud Prima doesn't feel like a Terpur-Pedic mattress like how I remember when trying out Tempur-Pedic mattress in the stores. Wish I would of known this before purchasing.
