After reviewing this mattress I am totally disappointed. First one had to be replaced as the top was cut short and second one is also short but not as bad. Sleep is not as expected either. Had a better sleep on my old Serta

Less than 2 years old and the mattress sinks to the center. The supposed warranty is worthless because the company can't see a sag in photos. My second and last mattress from this company. Over $2000 for less than 2 years.

One side of this mattress is soft and mushy while the other side is firmer. I have exchanged this mattress for another brand. Bottom line in my view is this mattress is defective.

Good at pressure relief, support and cooling poor

The bed felt better when it was new. As you sleeping in over 30 days, it feels mushy. This works good for pressure relief but you don't get good support. I don't think it's fair to customers to charge for degrees of cooling when the base product in the ProAdapt does a pretty poor job at that. So as you go up the product line for a few more degrees of coolness, which probably won't work well, you pay thousands of dollars. Disappointing.

Worst experience ever mattress has total support failure on my wife's side and on my side / mattress was inspected by a professional mattress inspection company / report stated total failure of mattress. Total support failure. Tempur-pedic warranty declined to accept report I personally sent pictures in of sagging mattress over 3/4 of an inch Tempur-pedic warranty declined my pictures also. I am a 100% disabled Veteran and this mattress causes major lower back pain NO support. Really sad to be treated by a company this way. Very very poor customer warranty service. Not asking for a refund just replace mattress to most firm Tempur-Pedic mattress. Not a Happy customer Not a happy customer

I have fallen out of this bed twice, giving me three fractured ribs , a lot of pain and a trip to the Emergency Room. There is no firm part on the perimeter of the bed, it just gives way when you get close to the edge. You can't even sit on the edge of the bed with out sliding off to put your shoes on. I would never recommend for anyone to buy this bed. But to be clear, it maybe alright for the younger generation but if you are in the 70's to 80+ group, be careful if you purchase this bed.
