Quality and comfort

To be honest the bed at first was as hard as a brick and I thought Oh my goodness what I have just spent a fortune on. I even put a mattress topper on top because I just could not sleep on it due to how hard it felt. However, give it a few weeks and it definitely lives up to the hype! It is such a comfortable mattress and I get a such a good night's sleep.

A little to hard

I'm still trying to get use to it, it's rather hard and my shoulders and hips hurt through out the night. I've always been a side sleeper and it's just not working for me yet! I hope it gets better. Most expensive mattress I've ever bought and I'm sure it won't be easy to send back!! I'm sure there are people out there who love it and I would recommend this to someone who does not have any shoulder or hip or back issues to start with

Fantastic Mattress & Adjustable Frame

Purchased a king size Adapt Medium Hybrid with the Ergo 2.0 Frame in December of 2020, and my wife and I love both the mattress and the adjustable frame. I've always preferred very firm mattresses, she has preferred softer mattresses, but both of us find this mattress to be extremely comfortable. The edges do not sag as they can do with other foam mattresses. And I was skeptical at first about the adjustable frame w/massage feature, thinking it was just a gimmick, but after a year of ownership, I can't imagine not having both. Every night we sleep with our feet and head slightly elevated, with the foot massage function going for as long as we are awake. If either of us wake up in the middle of the night? Massage goes back on! (I believe it times out after either 15 or 30 minutes). Though I do like the massage around the foot/leg area, we personally do not care for the other two massage areas; the mid & torso massages might be nice while reading/watching TV, but they are too jarring to be active while trying to sleep. I've told my wife on a few occasions that I wished we had gotten the Luxe Adapt with the Split King - which would have cost an extra $3K or so - and she says "you're crazy", and she's probably right. The split frame would obviously be ideal if we had dramatically different sleep preferences, but we've both grown to like the "Legs raised, head slightly elevated" position, so it doesn't really matter. I would happily recommend this mattress & frame to anyone.

The perfect mattress

We have a king mattress; only 11" and flexible which makes it easier to put the fitted sheet on the corners. My husband and I are side sleepers and no longer complain about our arms falling asleep. Also my hips no longer hurt from laying on my side, as the top layer of the mattress is soft and doesn't put pressure on that area, yet it's firm enough so we don't sink. This mattress improved our backs and our sleep! It's so comfortable and we both love it!

King mattress with indention and warranty issue

We bought a king sized Adapt mattress in 2022. It developed an indention that caused me to roll off the bed while sleeping. We filed a warranty claim and went through all the requirements to get a settlement. When we got a final answer, Tempurpedic only offered us only a 50% credit on a new mattress. This is completely unacceptable because we cannot sleep on the mattress and their so called 10 year warranty if just false advertising. Don't by their mattresses because they are sub standard and do not do for what they are advertised.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My mattress collapsed which I find unusual after two years, I would like to get some sort of root cause analysis feedback. The warranty process was painful until Veronica B engaged from customer service, she was outstanding. Although the replacement was suppose to be free, I still had to pay $200 for shipping and taxes which I already paid when I initially ordered and it was delivered, so it isn't totally free!!! I should be reimbursed for these charges due to product failure.

Has a rough first week as the mattress is not broken in and it was very firm. Glad my salesman went over that before I bought it. Had to make an adjustment tucking my shoulders in because I woke up with severe pain between the shoulders. That minor adjustment worked well and I no longer have that problem. I can see why you need to use it for 3 months before it's broken in and I can't wait for more time. Right now it is comfortable and on the way to becoming extremely luxurious. I noticed I'm not restless during my sleep any more so things are looking very positive right now.
