Great mattress

The mattress is perfect. We bought the same one a couple years ago. However, tempurpedic customer service stinks. After sending in our forms for a free pillow, several emails requesting status and resending the paperwork, we have yet to receive the pillow. If you're going to have a promotion you should keep your promise.

Nothing can replace a good nights sleep with a mattress that conforms to your body and makes you completely relaxed! My new mattress has made some great improvements compared to the old one. Totally love it!

I was convinced after my first nights sleep that this was going to help me sleep better especially with my low back issues and a sore hip. It is so comfortable I can't believe it took me so long to realize what a difference a well made mattress makes

My wife really loves this mattress and it has grown on me. Overall a solid pick and we hope it lasts a long time. Added plus is that I do not get jiggled around when the dog jumps into bed with this mattress.

You know when and where my mattress was made and I can't imagine that the defect is quality controlled.. I've heard people describe years of use without the collapse I am experiencing. You may be experimenting with manufacturing and I can tell you this one is a failure. I would be grateful if you would replace my mattress with a good one at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Grant Conrad PS. My wife insists I tell you she nearly fell out of bed because of the collapse as she tried to get up!!! G

Mattress too firm

We bought the mattress a year ago. We complained about the firmness of the mattress. Was told it can take upto 4 months which puts it outside the return window. It was to be medium but it's extremely firm we wake up everyday in pain and stiffness. If you buy and it does not help within a few weeks return it don't take their word. After spending close to $3000 we will be throwing it out and looking for a new mattress that definitely won't be from this company or it's affiliate.
