Terrible. Sagging started after only 4 years

I submitted a warranty claim to have replaced. Thinking maybe this was just a one time defect. But was told that the amount of sagging we are experiencing was "not " enough to be replaced. I was shocked, and disappointed. We will never buy another mattress from tempur pedic again. We are a military family and don't have the funds to just buy a new mattress. So now we are stuck with a crap mattress.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The delivery process went very smoothly which was a concern since I live in a remote area. I have now slept on the mattress for about a month and am very happy thus far. I ordered the hybrid model as it was advertised as having good edge support, which it does.

Too hard

We will be exchanging our tempur-pedic for a Stearns and Foster. We found the mattress to be too hard and very uneasy to move in it. We keep our room extra cool and that may be the problem. Going back to a regular mattress that's not foam.
