The mattress is comfortable, but my sheets don't perfectly fit the mattress. I wanted to take advantage of the buy one get one free accessory offer, and each time I tried to make a purchase. It indicated that the code was not valid. The code was one I received from Tempur-pedic upon Purchase of my mattress. The mattress didn't change my life, but I am sleeping comfortably.

After hearing from long-time tempurpedic customers (think 15+ years on the same mattress) I bought one. I tried a medium at the store and it seemed very similar to the firm, but supportive enough for my back and neck. It was wonderful for a very brief time before it became too soft. Not more than a month or 6 weeks. I returned the mattress. I was hoping to swap a medium for firm, but my 90-day trial period was almost up, and I would not get another trial period (or even an extended trial period of an additional 30 days added the the 90-day clock that was already ticking and almost done) if I swapped out for the firmer mattress. I decided to try another brand with a longer trial period. I'm giving 3 stars because it might work for someone who likes a relatively soft bed. Who knows? It might be great for someone else. The trial period is too short given what some other brands in the industry are offering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too hard for side sleeping and when trying to sleep on your back the mattress won't conform to the EASE adjustable frame. The foot of the mattress raises 4-5 inches off the frame. It also doesn't sleep cool like they advertise.

This mattress and its ability to raise the head and/or feet has improved my sleep. My back was beginning to bother me with my old mattress so I decided to give this one a try. It took a little while to get used to sleeping on a firmer mattress, but I love it now.
