The bed makes you feel like you are in a hole when rolling over at night. I woke up with neck and back soreness for the first week of ownership. Not sure this Bed is any better than my prior Stern's and Foster mattress. Not certain this mattress system is worth the amount spent on the product and would not purchase another.

I am impressed by the soft top, but the mattress itself is firm, but not ridged. It is so comfortable and to awaken without a back ache is wonderful. I wake-up feeling rested. Great product, so glad I have a TEMPUR mattress. I wish I had purchased it sooner.
