Finally replaced my 12 year old Tempur-Pedic

I finally got around to replacing my 12 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress and it was well worth it. The old one had completely lost it's support in the middle mattress area (hips - lower back). I procrastinated because I was worried that they didn't make the new mattress's as good as the originals. The new mattress was wonderful. I have slept well since night #1.

The bed takes a few nights to get used to, but its soooo comfortable! My husband was having difficulty with his arms falling asleep at night - but he hasn't had that issue since we started sleeping on this bed.

When we first got our Tempur-Adapt, it was quite hard. We were used to a softer mattress, and both of our backs hurt. It was difficult turning over too. Then we got a two-inch foam mattress topper. That made it much more comfortable for both of us, and easier to turn over. Now we love the mattress and the adjustable base we got with it. My edema in my feet and ankles has decreased too.
