Excellent at its job!

We have bought two Alen Air Purifiers because we discovered we were "caught" in a no-win situation: We learned from a duct-cleaning salesman who was employed by our complex to repair third-floor ducts that none of the ducts in our complex had been cleaned (he thought) since the complex was built in ~ 1978. We guesstimated serious mold problems and bought the Alens to protect our breathing. They have done an excellent job at keeping our air "clean". We are not absolutely sure that means 100%, as we are still struggling during this change of season with lung and sinus problems. However, we are aware that the air is certainly clearer.

I love my Alen Breathe

I love my Alen Breathe Smart 75i so far but I am just a little upset that I didn’t know how to get the filter I wanted or how to get the front color of my choice. Paying as much as I did and it bothers me.

Warranty on the purifiers

Thank you!! I have your air purifier both at my house and office. They have made a huge difference in air quality especially with allergies and dust!! When one of them quit working they replaced no questions asked!! They are worth every penny.

Best house filter in the market!

FANTASTIC FILTER! All the ALLEN filters are fabulous. Simple to use. Easy to change the filter. Very quiet at night, just mild white noise. I just bought the largest one for the LR/DR area. It worked like crazy for 2 days and then calmed down! I guess I had really dirty air! Love that is has an auto setting!

Wonder warranty coverage.

The replacement 75i arrived this morning and appears to be operating perfectly.
Thanks so much for your help in getting it here so quickly. My wife and I suffer from significant allergies here in north Texas and it helps a great deal, as we found out from several days without it.
We also received our new T500 that we placed in our bedroom, hoping for the same results.
We will be telling everyone we know about how well our Alen air purifiers work and about your unbelievable warranty. Who would think that any warranty would supply a brand new unit free of charge after 4-years of service!

The unit arrived quickly and was very simple to set up. We have been running the unit for approximately 3 weeks now and have started to notice a difference in the air in our home. We have less congestion from allergies and the air smells fresh
