Improved the air in my whole home

I have asthma, so I searched a long time to find the right product that would work to improve the air in my home. My first purchase was the 75i, and it worked so well downstairs that I purchased smaller units for upstairs. I probably overdid it purchasing two smaller additional units, but I wanted the comfort of knowing smaller spaces in the entire upstairs were covered. I have not been disappointed with Alen. When I leave home and come back after a few days, I walk into my home, and it smells so fresh. Almost like new. My asthma has improved as well. I made a good decision to purchased Alen, and I highly recommend this brand. In fact, I've purchased three units for my daughter and her family. That's six units total!
I purchase filters once per year. The prices are fair depending on the filters you need, but the rewards program helps with those costs, so thank you for that, Alen!

Absolute necessity for cooking and pet odors

75i breathsmart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our 75i for 5 years. Would never live without one again. We gifted one to a family member and they bought a 2nd one. The filters are amazing. We use the charcoal filter. Although, I feel like the something has changed with the filters, maybe less charcoal? The Breathsmart helps keep our house from smelling like all the food we cook.

Exceptional Air Purifier

The filter levels are easy to get to and self clean, other than the back filter that lasts 16-18 months. Ours runs 24/7 and the filter still lasts that long. It gets rid of cooking odors fast. It purifies the air so it's healthier to breathe through all the seasons. SO happy with my purchase!!

Great product

This is my second unit. My last unit lasted 10 yrs give or take. Bearings went out. I’m not happy that the company chooses not to fix simple things like bearings, but they have a great product so I purchased another. I’m only judging you based on my experience with the last unit. I never had any trouble with unit until then. The new unit might be a touch quieter. Other than that the units are 95% the same. Hope this one lasts as long. Used for allergy, pet dander, household smells, including smoke, & virus’s.

Are the filters suppose to get dirty? Ours ran for weeks and did not have anything deposited on the filters. Total waste of money.

Absolutely Amazing!

Not going to lie, I was skeptical at first. But in just few days after turning this beast on, I was blown away! Exceeds all my expectations. I can't even tell it is on it is so quiet. Highly recommend if you are on the fence. You won't be sorry.
