Prompt shipping, arrived in good shape and works as advertised. Only negative was a solvent/vinyl smell from the filter that lasted a few days.

We love our pets and our Alen Purifiers

Highly recommend this purifier for larger areas. It’s sleek, easy to operate and maintain, and incredibly quiet even on turbo mode. This is our 2nd Alen purifier. This 75i is in the living area and a 45i in our bedroom. This set up is working great for keeping down the dander from our dogs and cockatoo, which in turn not only helps purify our indoor air but theirs too.

Love the Alen air purifiers. Purchased two 45i and a 75i for an older house. The sleek design looks great in every room. Takes allergens and odors out. Plan on buying these same models for my new house also. Very satisfied.

Doesn’t help with odors

I ordered 2 of the 45’s and one of the 75 for a 1500sq ft home. Have had them all running 24/7 for the past 2 weeks and haven’t noticed any real difference yet. We have several pets and I was hoping the pet filter might help with some faint pet smells but it hasn’t.
It is super quiet even when running on the highest speed. It’s super easy to access the filters and to clean off the outer screen. We will continue to use just because it does seem to be helping with the amount of dust/dander that’s around. Would I purchase again? No. To me I don’t see the worth but I am not paying to ship them back either. The boxes they come in couldn’t even be used to return them anyway due to how they open and these are big machines.

Fantastic Unit. Very Quiet, and LED's are great to show what it is doing. The air quality improved immediately.

This is the second 75i we have in our home. I have cat allergies and these help with my breathing so much!
