So far very happy with the 4 75i’s we purchased. Nice to see the air quality in a color. (Always happy when it’s blue!). They run all the time. Nice to know filters only have to be changed every 12 months. Customer support was excellent when I had a couple of questions- they responded right away. Easy to set up. Comes in a great box.
I have the 75i with the pure filter. I have allergies and the wife has them worse then me. After 3 days we notice a big different in sleeping and she was able to take less allergy pills. My son and wife came and visited and immediately notice something was better about the air quality.
great purifiers that actually work+all the tech you need+awesome customer support. 5/5 would buy again, and recommend to other earthlings who wanna level up their health.
Thank you for being a great company! We need more like you.
Pricey but way worth it! Quiet but cleans the air like nothing else. Ready to use in minutes when you receive it. Bad allergies but my apartment is like a safe haven.
I bought the 75i in March 2020. While I was surprised the air quality in my home almost never changes (the light always remains blue unless perhaps something is unfortunately severely burnt in the nearby kitchen), it seemed to work fine. Last month, I bought a 45i for a bedroom. The 45i revealed that the air quality in my home changes very often - and it automatically adjusts accordingly. Even when I put the 45i and the 75i next to each other after noting this discrepancy, the 75i stays blue, while the 45i might be red or purple! Even with the 45i in a bedroom, with the door closed, it will automatically cycle and change when something is being cooked in the kitchen, while the 75i, located right off the open floor kitchen, much CLOSER, and not behind a door - just stays blue. I took photos of this and called Alen. Alen stated the 45i and the 75i are different machines that have different specifications - and that doesn't mean anything is wrong with my 75i. I wish I knew that before I purchased the 75i. I bought the 75i because I thought it was also highly sensitive and would alert me to changing air conditions in my home and automatically adjust accordingly. It doesn't. Now that I know they have different specifications, and one works well constantly, while I have to constantly question how well the other works at all for its intended purpose, I wish I'd bought the 45i both times. I would not recommend the 75i purifier.
