We like the design, draw and storage configuration.
It's a bit too early to determine reliability as we have owned this fridge for several months- So far, so good. Check back after each year up to 15 years as I would think a refrigerator should last at least that long.

Sleek design and very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Frigidaire in our first home and always loved it. We inherited a Samsung Refrigerator when we moved into our current home, and it never worked properly. It also was the wrong size for the built-in cabinets, and it never looked right. After flirting with LG, GE, and another Samsung (ugh), We decided to replace it with another Frigidaire. We chose this model for its sleek design and form factor (Counter Depth). The installation crew was great and explained that I might need to increase the water pressure for the icemaker to work. It proved valuable as the ice maker did not work, and I noticed the clogged waterline. After fixing it and letting it run for a few hours, the icemaker worked. Everyone in the family loves it, and the middle drawer is a great hit.
