Maybe shouldn't have gotten such a new model

Been using fridge for about a 2 months, after waiting 2 months for it. It was great at first, but issues have started cropping up, and I'm now wondering if I made the wrong choice...
Good things first - the flat doors are sleeker and one of the main reasons I chose it. The assymetrical door also doesn't bother me as much as it used to. The flexible shelves are nice, though I don't use them as much as I thought I would, it's nice to know they're there.
The issues - First, water started dribbling randomly from the dispenser. Sometime after that, ice came out irregularly. Then it stopped altogether. I called Frigidaire service, which was pretty much a waste of time. I puttered around the fridge, and realized the ice in the bucket had melted partially at one point and then refroze together. Emptied the bucket and started over. That was about 2 weeks ago, and it's starting again.
Also, not sure if it's related, but every so often it makes louder noise than annoying.
Two days ago, one of the produce drawers broke just when I was pulling it out normally. The plastic part seems kind fo flimsy. I googled it, and it turns out it is a common problem with another Frigidaire model similar to this model that's been out longer. I suspect it is a defective bin design that they use for both styles.
I'm going to need to call Frigidaire again, but I'm dreading it because I've tried to call 4 times, and each time it I've been on hold for a minimum of 40 minutes, and I give up (I don't work at home and try to squeeze in family errands when I can). The one time I got a hold of someone, they seemed completely unfamiliar with the unit and kept reading things back to me from the user manual that I already read, and then put me on hold again. I'm hoping the dispenser and noise is something fixable, and am a bit nervous that the drawer is a baked in problem....

Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Ice stuck in the ice chute or air in the water line could cause water to drip from the water dispenser. Check to make sure there is no ice stuck in the chute and prime the water line for about 4 minutes. The refrigerator is high efficiency and may introduce unfamiliar sounds. "Spoiled" by an Awesome Fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a side-by-side fridge to this style and already love the change. There is plenty of room for regular and odd shaped items. The interior shelves and door shelves can easily slide or adjust for tall items and move right back when no longer needed. I can see what is in the fridge very easily without having to move things around. LOVE the versatile drawer that can be a fridge or a freezer! It is simple to adjust the temperature based on what you need, just the touch of a button (see image). The freezer drawer has 2 levels, the top one slides in so you can easily access the bottom. The ice tray is easy to remove and put back in - no more fitting it in like a puzzle piece, hooray! Right now we have the fridge tucked into it's own space, but in the future if we want to remodel, it is stylish enough on all 3 sides that we could have a side exposed. Great fridge!!

Amazing Fridge!!

It is a bit smaller in square feet than our original side-by-side refrigerator, so we were concerned that it would feel crowded, but in truth it seems like it has a lot more space. The middle drawer offers a great place to store "loose items" like yogurt, cheese and sandwich stuff but can also double as a wine fridge or additional freezer space. There are also small shallow drawers inside the main compartment for cold cuts and other thin items. The shelves inside are configurable to allow for taller items and minimize clutter. The freezer drawer is deep and has a sliding shelf with an additional ice maker. Its angles are sharper than our previous fridge, but it fits well in the space we have. We pulled it a little farther out to avoid hitting the cabinet and wall next to it. In the week that we've had it, we've noticed that it is a little louder than our other fridge, but it is not excessive and something I think we will get used to over time. Overall, we are very excited to have made this selection and look forward to enjoying our new refrigerator in the future!

Flexibility, accessibility and capacity with so many features. It opens up more space in my galley style kitchen because of the counter depth design and I don't loose ANY storage. Retractable shelving and sliding bins for immediate customization! This marvel is strong and beautiful. Even the kids like the way it looks! Recommend, Recommend, Recommend!!!

The drawer is a GAME Changer LOVE IT!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy we got this refrigerator, our favorite part of this product is the drawer, I hate a messy refrigerator, the drawer is the perfect place for all the items that lay on shelves and really have no place and look messy like bags of cheese. Every time I open the doors I smile because it is so neat and organized. We have a 5 year old and he is obsessed with the drawer. It is the perfect place for us to store all his yogurt and cheese snacks. We will also use the drawer for wine storage when we have dinner parties and cakes too since it can be both a fridge and freeze SOOO Awesome!!! It really is a game changer. My other favorite part is how the shelves move so you can store bottles when needed and then easily move them back if you do not want to use it that way. It is an extremely flexible refrigerator. The freezer section is also extremely versatile and has moving areas, which is great for separating meat, veggies and of course ice pops which are in a special place which out our son loves too. I have to say this frigidaire has thought of everything with this product and we are so happy we have it!!!

So Beautiful and Efficient!

The water and ice dispenser has just three well lit words...I don't have to put on reading glasses to make the right selection and I'm not going to be surprised by a load of crushed ice when I wanted water. Plus, it's tall enough for sports bottles. The interior is all about finding your food quickly and easily...door compartments (some that expand), middle choose-your-own-adventure drawer (amazing!), dividers in drawers, the sleek snack compartments and the double-decker freezer drawer...and configurable to your needs. No more lost chili leftovers resurfacing a year later from the depths of the freezer. The interior lighting is also excellent...bright and cheery. I love this fridge so much!

If you are like me and loves cooking, this is the right fridge and range for you. It is very sturdy, powerfull and large. I am very pleased with this 4 doors preofessional fridge and my new gas burner range.
