Great Looking Fridge - Had to replace it though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fridge, the spacing is great, the look is great, when its working its great. But we had it for 14 months and it had a short in it that was un repairable so we had to replace it.

Great Refrigerator BUT…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking refrigerator. Functionally the flex drawer works as a great addition to supplement refrigerator space as needed. The inside of the refrigerator is bright and allows for changing object sizes well. Unfortunately the refrigerator falls flat on quality. Viewing the outside stainless steel skin of the refrigerator at an angle one can notice the lack of a ridgid outside surface. You can almost make out waves in the stainless. This is most noticeable when light is reflected off of it from the side. Inside of the refrigerator there is a blue seal that clips on above the sliding drawers. This continually fall off and needs to be clipped back on. While this doesnt functionally impact much, it does cheapen the brand and makes me question how something so simple fails so quickly. The most disappointing flaw, and had i known this prior to purchasing, i probably would not have chosen this model maybe even brand, is the noise. Intermittently throughout the day the refrigerator makes strange noises, that i have never heard from a cooling unit of a refrigerator. Sometimes it sounds like a fan about to fall apart or creaks like a door with rusty hinges. Its bizarre and is not very quite at all. Lastly, we recently changed the water filter and the water dispenser has started to drip. This refrigerator is not even 6 month old and based on all of these issues i cant imagine this will last as long as my Bosch (13 years). The only thing preventing me from having it fixed is the risk of scratching my wood floors. Such a shame, as this is one of the best looking and functionally great refrigerators at this price point. Quality control needs to step up their game.

Disappointed

We loved our refrigerator when we bought it in 2020. It matched our other appliances and we liked the dual ice maker. Within a year it quit working. The appliance store replaced it in May 2021. Two years later it has an unrepairable issue. I expected the refrigerator to last more than two years.We now have to buy another refrigerator and it will be from another company.
