Great refrigerator with many options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replaced all of my Viking kitchen appliances with the Frigidaire Professional series and I am not at all disappointed. The refrigerator has many options and it’s easy to change shelves etc. Love the middle drawer which can be used to chill wine or as another freezer section! It also looks great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not Happy, both (2) crispers in the main refrigeration area are at 12 to 14 degrees and can not be adjusted. We have had the appliance store repair techs to the house and they are stumped: "The crispers aren't supposed to freeze", their words and I agree. We lost all of our fresh vegetables after being frozen solid in the crispers. Now they sit empty, wasted space while we wait for the service tech to contact the manufacturer for a solution. This appliance is way to expensive to have this kind of issue.

That is certainly unusual. The CrispSeal crispers work to remove excess humidity and block out dry air, but are not temperature controlled separately from the fridge. Please ensure that your fridge is at the recommended setting (37F) and the humidity membranes in the back of the drawers are not blocked or damaged. Stopped Working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator on 2/2/2023. Today, 2/16/2023, it has been on and off. We have removed all meat from the freezer for fear of losing. It has completely thawed twice. The freezer temperature will not drop below 20. This is a big problem. Scheduling service has been very difficult. We hope to see a repairman today.
