Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can do to check why your door is not closing. Please look for open areas between the gasket and the cabinet flange, Gasket should seal against the cabinet all the way around including top and bottom, Dirty gaskets can sometimes stick to the refrigerator and pull out of the retaining channel when the refrigerator door is opened. Please keep in mind; 1. Clean the gasket with a wet soapy cloth, then rinse and dry. 2. Feed the gasket back into the retaining channel, ensuring that the gasket is secure all around the door. Also, Please double check to make sure there is no food or objects preventing the door from closing. If issue still persist, Please contact us via Live Chat or phone at (800) 374-4432 Monday-Friday 8:30 am-8 pm EST, and we will be happy to assist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator two months ago, so far so good. Love the modern look and the middle drawer option to be frig or freezer. I do wish it had an alarm if doors/drawers are not tightly shut.

Nice fridge, love the flex drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this refrigerator. Fits a fair amount. The flex drawer is especially nice. I do wish the ice cubes were a bit larger. Also, the freezer ice cube tray does not fill as much as i would like, wish it would produce more cubes.
