[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Refrigerator! It looks great in my kitchen. It has so many great features like the space underneath the fruit and veggies drawers. The second drawer that can be used for freezing or refrigerating food. Then there is the fast freeze feature. Too many great features to name… I would highly recommend!!!

Buyer Beware on Replacement Parts Delays

I purchased a Gallery 21.4 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator in early August 2022. From the get-go the Flex Drawer control board did not work. Just flashed. Luckily the Temperature maintained the default 37 degrees until a solution could be worked out. The solution was Frigidaire sent me a whole new replacement refrigerator about a month later. I thought great. Flex drawer worked. About two months later the Flex Drawer control board started flashing and you cannot change the temperature. (defaults at #37 degrees). This time the solution was to just replace the Flex-drawer control board and a new board was ordered. Fast forward to March 13, 2023. I am still waiting on the replacement board. Apparently, it was shipped in January but there is no tracking on the boat from China. My other concern is that to replace the board, the tech has to pry up the glued down board on the drawer and most likely will cause some damage to the plastic. However, I do like the refrigerator. The idea of the Flex-drawer is great. I had it set on the 28 degrees before it quit working. I am amazed on how well the Vegetable drawers keep the vegetables fresh much longer. I agree with others that the refrigerator can be noisy at times. Sounds like a gurgling stomach. Kind of funny. From other reviews I have read, the Flex Drawer control board has been a problem. I hope my new replacement board is an upgraded fix. Still waiting....

I expected more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I expected better quality from attachments, The bins are cheap, easy to break plastic. The Freezer draw constantly comes off track. The ice making feature works very slow. It took 4 days to fill up ice bin.
