We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your refrigerator leaking water from the dispenser. The below tips may resolve your concerns.
Please check to make sure there is no ice stuck in the door/chute that could melt causing the leak. Also. please prime the system by dispensing water continuously for approximately 4 minutes to remove any air from the line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I equate our relatively new Frigidaire with another staple of our household, namely my 2021 Toyota 4Runner(my 4th 4Runner, BTW). Like the SUV, the Frigidaire is totally dependable. Nothing ever seems to go wrong with either device. The Frig doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of competing units, but can be depended upon to work flawlessly over a long life.

Best Refrigerator I have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator because we were desperate for an ice maker that works (we got two!) and not only is it beautiful, the storage is amazing and even the lighting inside is better. Constant ice and the water tastes really good. I love the hidden snack drawers and the flex drawer...holds so much more than my Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about the refrigerator but the ice makers. They don’t make very much ice. I would give the refrigerator 5 stars if the ice makers made more ice.

The ice maker will produce approximately 2.0 to 2.5 pounds of ice every 24 hours depending on usage conditions. Heavy traffic, opening or closing of the doors excessively can cause the ice not to produce as quickly. You can select Fast Freeze for a temporary fix. Also, make sure that your water is not low. This can also cause issues with ice production. If you feel that none of these issues pertain to the problem, please reach out to us.

Middle Drawer Makes this a Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has the ice on the door as well as a lower bin you can use to fill a small cooler, which you can also turn off and get more freezer space. The middle drawer can also swap over to a freezer, cold drinks, or meats. That versatility is what sold us! It does seem to be a little noisy in it's function like the ice making. And I accidentally bump the controls on the door with my hands, but they are locked unless you hold for 3 secs. The doors are very deep so if you're putting in near a counter with a corner be sure you have lots of clearance when they open. The little lower areas in the fridge are great for lunch meats/cheeses. I highly recommend.
