My third Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator

The improvements that I like are the drink station works easier, the lighting is great and the interior layout works very well. The fourth door is great! You are able to adjust the temp from deli meats to freezer very easily and the height is perfect. I am very pleased with this unit.

FRIGIDAIRE IS TERRIBLE

I AM NOT SURE HOW TO GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED!!!! LESS THAN 2 YEARS AGO WE PURCHASED THE SET OF FRIGIDAIRE PROF SERIES APPLIANCES FOR OUR NEW HOME. WE ALSO PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH GRAND APPLIANCE. WE ARE ON OUR SECOND RANGE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ICE FOR 2 MONTHS. I CANNOT GET KEEPE TO CALL ME, THEY ONLY SEND PARTS AND STUPID TEXTS! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

Frigidaire French door / 4 doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase one. Had so many ice maker upper and bottom problems. After about 5 technician calls coming to my house - finally it was replaced.
Now I am having the exact same problem with the brand new refrigerator that was delivered as the replacement in July of 2023.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The worst purchase that I have done in my entire life. I cannot believe that this issue started on my new refrigerator.

Space Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced our 21.6cu, 16yo Frigidaire Professional side-by-side fridge-freezer. It was not out of necessity (it worked great for the entire time) but because we updated several other appliances in the same professional line and wanted the handles and finishes to match. Wife wanted a lower drawer this time and this middle drawer is a game changer....option of either fridge or freezer function. In the upper fridge area we have tons of usable space now. The middle drawer is most frequently used for deli meats, cheeses, spreads/margarines, etc. Bottom freezer drawer has a second bulk-ice maker so great for filling larger containers like Stanleys, Thermos, etc. Overall the adjustable dividers and bins really unveil alot of space we didn't realize the fridge offered.

Expensive for poor quality

Way too expensive for something that feels "cheap" - drawers get stuck and don't glide smoothly and it hums very loudly. Would not recommend

Refrigerator was great when it worked
