FRIGIDAIRE IS TERRIBLE

I AM NOT SURE HOW TO GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED!!!! LESS THAN 2 YEARS AGO WE PURCHASED THE SET OF FRIGIDAIRE PROF SERIES APPLIANCES FOR OUR NEW HOME. WE ALSO PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH GRAND APPLIANCE. WE ARE ON OUR SECOND RANGE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ICE FOR 2 MONTHS. I CANNOT GET KEEPE TO CALL ME, THEY ONLY SEND PARTS AND STUPID TEXTS! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

Ice maker issue

I wish I would've read these reviews before I purchased this refrigerator. I thought i was buying a high quality appliance. I actually love the design and for the 1st year I loved it except for the tiny groves inside that are impossible to clean and it's loud. After @18 months the ice maker stopped working and will cost several hundred to fix. Frigidaire do better, no excuse your products should last longer than a year! I'm contemplating not fixing the ice maker and just buying a counter top maker for a lot less. And I no longer think Frigidaire is a good quality product after reading all these reviews.

Frigidaire French door / 4 doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase one. Had so many ice maker upper and bottom problems. After about 5 technician calls coming to my house - finally it was replaced.
Now I am having the exact same problem with the brand new refrigerator that was delivered as the replacement in July of 2023.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The worst purchase that I have done in my entire life. I cannot believe that this issue started on my new refrigerator.

Expensive for poor quality

Way too expensive for something that feels "cheap" - drawers get stuck and don't glide smoothly and it hums very loudly. Would not recommend

Understand that some surfaces such as floors, walls, kitchen cabinets, and even some floor plans may make these sounds more noticeable. Refrigerator was great when it worked

Regret Buying - loud buzzing, terrible ice production

Beautiful looking and I love the layout. Beyond that forget it. I’ve had it for a year now. Has always been terrible with making ice in bottom freezer portion. I get 12 small cubes over a 48 hr period. Complete waste of space to have it. The top ice maker was ok but recently has completely slowed down. And the fridge is SO loud. It makes this loud, nearly constant buzzing noise that I can’t stop. I’m so ready to get rid of this thing but it wasn’t cheap.

Hello, thank you for your review. It delights us to hear that you love the layout and the look of the refrigerator, however, it does bring us some concern that your ice maker is not meeting it's production expectations.

On average, this ice maker should produce between 2 and 2.5 pounds of ice per 24 hours. Ice cubes can be small on occasion, however, if happening frequently then this is an indication that the water pressure in the unit may be low or that the water filter is in need of replacing. It is highly recommended to change your water filter every six (6) months.
