Great refrigerator

We really love our refrigerator and don’t find it too noisy, it rumbles and clanks as ice drops or water goes into the ice maker but our old 2008 Frigidaire Gallery did that too. We have no problem with the veggies freezing because we make sure there is ample room for air to circulate. Although it has smaller capacity and non movable shelves, once you get inventive everything fits. We found we had a second ice maker in the freezer but the partition to stop the ice falling out is missing.

Very dissapointed

We have had the refrigerator for 6 months now and have been nothing but regretful of this purchase. It makes al sorts of noises that actually can be heard over our television. We have had company comment on the noises. If I could do this over again I would not buy this unit. It is very irritating. We had our last version of this series of refrigerator for 15 years and were very happy. These noises should not be considered normal and acceptable. The kicker was this past Saturday when we smelt an electrical burning smell. Turns out it was coming from the refrigerator which we unplugged for fear of a fire. We luckily had a freezer to transfer our frozen goods to but had to toss all our fresh foods. We have been without a fridge for 5 days now and waiting. After reading other reviews this seems to be a common complaint.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Appliance Ever Purchased

This is the worst quality appliance I’ve ever purchased.
1. NOT COUNTER DEPTH- Other reviews have mentioned. The hinge design is horrible and takes up so much space. The door WILL hit your counter top.
2. VERY, VERY, VERY LOUD - Right out of the box it sounded like an airplane. Seriously, the noise from the fridge is unbearable. You can’t have a conversation in the same room. This is obviously a defect but after 2 months of trying to reach Frigidaire by every means for service, still nothing.
3. OVERHEATING- 3 hours after plugging the fridge in, it started overheating. It beeps constantly to let you know. The back of the fridge was so hot I burnt my hand. It is a serious FIRE HAZARD.
4. NOT STAINLESS STEEL- Although it looks like stainless steel, I believe it is just a coating. It is fully magnetic.
5. WATER NOT COLD- The water reservoir is so small that you get warm water after 1 cup because the back of the fridge is so hot.
I'm now in the process of trying to claim warranty through my credit card purchase protection since you can't reach Frigidaire.

Fridge Came Broken

This fridge came with broken water lines and sounds like a chainsaw going off in my house at random hours of the day and night to the point where it wakes me up. This was delivered a week and half ago and has been nothing but a problem. On top of the money I spent on the fridge, now I have to buy water and ice because its still broken!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

wE BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE 2 MONTHS AGO AND NOW IT DOESN'T WORK AND ANOTHER PART IS ORDERED FOR THE 2ND TIME AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THIS PART WILL BE IN AND THEY DON'T EITHER!!!

Sexy Fridge

Bought just over a month ago and we call it our sexy fridge. Very organized and love the drawer feature. Feels like I can fit more in it than my previous fridge. Only wish the side deli compartment was larger / deeper and one of them sticks when we try to open it. Other than that no complaints.

Great features, super large space!

I recently purchased the Frigidaire - 21.8 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator and I have been extremely satisfied with my purchase. I had been in the market for a new refrigerator for some time and after much research, I decided to go with this one.
One of the things that I love most about this refrigerator is its counter-depth design. It fits seamlessly into my kitchen and doesn't stick out like my old fridge did. The french doors are also a nice touch, as they make it easy to access everything in the fridge without having to search through a bunch of stuff.
In terms of performance, this fridge has been fantastic. It keeps everything at the perfect temperature and the ice maker is a game changer. I also appreciate the energy efficiency of this appliance - my energy bills have actually gone down since I started using it.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Frigidaire - 21.8 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator to anyone in need of a new fridge. It's stylish, efficient, and has all of the features that I need.

Still new

Bought this 1 month ago to replace my very expensive Kitchen Aid that unfortunately there was no one available to service it. Fit our space well. The smudge proof finish is slightly different than my other existing appliances but not side by side to be obvious. Tested the lower ice in drawer to make sure it works and whenever I open the freezer drawer ice cubes fly out! Will only need this for large summer functions soon will adapt. Not nice wheels or glides to move fridge. Upon delivery my engineered hardware floor received some damage dents. Bought glides to put under it. This is why not 5 stars.Love the 2 nd drawer. Still working on placement of items to maximize space.
