Love Everything About This Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with this purchase. Even though it's counter-depth, it provides more room than my old side-by-side. It's super well-lit, and I love the soft-close doors. I keep my everyday items on the right side so I can use one hand to open the fridge. It's quiet. It looks very high-end in my kitchen - a huge upgrade! The center drawer is great and roomy. I love this refrigerator and plan to buy the rest of the matching appliances to upgrade my kitchen. I feel I'm getting way more compared to other brands in the same price range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this Frigidaire Professional refrigerator for a little while now, and I honestly love it more than I expected to. It looks beautiful in the kitchen with its clean, professional design and smudge-proof stainless finish—it really gives the space a high-end feel without trying too hard.
What really stands out, though, is how smart and flexible the storage is. The movable shelves make it super easy to rearrange the inside depending on what I’ve got—whether it’s tall drink pitchers, party trays, or just an overloaded grocery run. There’s also unexpected storage in the doors and drawers that I didn’t even notice at first but now can’t live without.
One of my favorite features is the middle convertible drawer. It can switch between fridge and freezer mode, which is such a game-changer when I need more space for fresh produce, drinks, or even ice cream when entertaining. And speaking of that, the dual ice makers are a lifesaver—especially in summer or when guests come over.
It runs quietly, the lighting is bright and even, and everything stays cold and fresh like it should. The controls are easy to use, and the water and ice dispenser works well too. Even little things, like the way the drawers glide open or how the bins are sized, feel well thought out.
Honestly, this fridge has made staying organized so much easier. I’m genuinely impressed by how much they packed into a counter-depth design—it feels roomy without sticking out into the kitchen. I would absolutely buy it again and recommend it to anyone who wants something functional, flexible, and great-looking.

Beautiful Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our Frigidaire French door refrigerator for about two weeks now and are very pleased with it. The exterior and interior are beautiful and the soft close doors are a nice touch. The ice dispenses quietly and the water tastes good and is dispensed cold. The interior lights up brightly and it’s easy to see everything through the clear shelving and crispers. This replaced a GE Profile French door refrigerator that failed at exactly two years. After five repair attempts we decided to cut our loses and try Frigidaire. If we can get 10+ trouble free years out of it we will continue to buy this brand.

So FRUSTRATED, NOISEY, Slow to make Ice, and holds so little

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delivered to my home on Sunday afternoon. I painstakingly reviewed refrigerators and this one had the features I was seeking. But I had to make a trade-off counter depth with the middle drawer or non-counter depth with no middle drawer. The interior design is quite nice and well finished to look like it's a built in. It's too short in my space-- at 73"-- It cannot be installed counter depth because the doors are so bulky that they hit the counter and the wall on either side of the enclosure-- which is maddening-- so I sacrificed space for counter-depth but now this protrudes into the kitchen so I can open the doors. If something falls behind the freezer drawer good luck in retrieving it without major extraction of anything and everything in the freezer all the while being beeped at for having the drawer open too long. The doors to close properly until precisely leveled and even then you have to tilt the unit significantly higher in the front for them to close properly in the first place-- this makes the unit looks strange.
The ice maker on the counter depth produces sort of cube ice-- both upstairs and downstairs rather than crescent shaped ice. While I prefer this it is slow to produce adequate amounts of ice-- it's been installed for 3 days and thus far has produced negligible amount of ice--after it's 24 hour acclimation period in either ice dispenser. The door bins are flimsy-- and I fear for their life-- anytime I place anything in them-- the expandable one looks like it will collapse at any moment.
The Deli trays with sliding glass are too shallow to get anything in there and then if you do getting to it is nearly impossible because the doors don't slide properly.
And then there's the noise-- counter depth and energy star compliant units are apparently noisier and run literally for hours. The noise that the fans make is deafening and frustrating to listen too-- in an open floor plan the noise the fans and the compressor combined is ridiculous-- I have a prior product that NEVER made that much noise. While it is more efficient to have the compressor run continuously it's frustrating to listen to the amount of noise that can be heard on every floor from this machine. The first time the ice dropped I thought the ceiling had fallen. The Oragami shelves are cute for a minute-- they serve no purpose and while the shelves in the refrigerator are adjustable-- there's no right positioning for anything. Some door bins are an absolute joke with the location of them and the amount of space the upper Ice Maker takes up-- and the lower one you lose the top drawer to 1/2 of that one for the ice bin--which is NUTS.
Overall-- it's pretty to look at and for someone who just needs to store wine and ice-- and some party food now and then this is a perfect selection. I'm a single guy and while I rarely cook at home this refrigerator doesn't suit my needs. While I like the look of it and love my Frigidaire dishwasher (professional) I may have to try another brand of refrigerator this one is an absolute nightmare and is not useful for much of anything.

I understand your fridge is making loud sounds periodically. These sounds normally indicate your refrigerator is operating correctly. I recommend reviewing the “NORMAL OPERATING SOUNDS AND SIGHTS” of your Use & Care guide page 35 for additional details that may help you understand your new, high-efficiency refrigerator a bit better. Keep in mind, some surfaces on floors, walls, and open kitchen floor plans may make these sounds more noticeable. Also, to get those troublesome plastic drawers to open/close smoothly try rubbing wax paper on the slides and hangers or a little bit of vegetable oil.
