Love it, but water dispenser could use a tweak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this fridge for one week and so far I do love it. The only reason for -1 star is because the water dispenser is a little annoying with bigger cups. It does fit a 40oz cup, but the button doesn’t work as well with taller cups. The push dispenser is toward the bottom vs being the full plate. When I push the cup onto the plate, I have to push the cup perfectly at the bottom or else the water doesn’t click on. I think if the plate had an activation sensor at the top or more evenly distributed on the dispenser plate would fix this.
Fridge runs very quietly, ice maker has little cubes, I love the snack drawer. The freezer has a good amount of space.
The fridge door shelves are a little awkward. If you want to use all of them, it’s difficult to find a placement that gives you access to each shelf, because the space between each shelf gets tight. Not a deal breaker, you just have to really think about how you want to use the door. I put the butter shelf toward the middle to give a standard shelf room for taller items at the top.
Fridge door closes softly and quietly. You barely have to push it shut, the weight of the door does the rest.

Our New Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is great so far...we are 7 days in. We lost a bit of capacity from our 2015 LG unit that looked the same. The difference with this one is that the ice box takes a good chuck for shelf space...but, other then that, we are pleased.

Solid Fridge with Flexible features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge, so far, is a good purchase. It's solid structure and re-enforced stainless steel exterior give it a clean, sturdy look. The interior lighting and stainless accents give a contemporary yet classy feel on the inside. All of the drawers and trays are sturdy and feel well made, not like some of the flimsier options from other brands. The auto-humidity crisper drawers are so far living up to the hype and are keeping fruits and veggies crisp and firm until they're used.
We still haven't figured out best configuration for us regarding the middle pull out drawer, but appreciate the flexibility it brings in being able to change the temperature and adapt the the space to fit whatever our storage needs may be from week-to-week.
We're big fans of the dual-ice maker and having a large bin in the freezer to accommodate guests or hosting where more ice is needed than an in-door can provide, however it does limit freezer space so we're experimenting with turning that off when it's not needed to increase capacity in the freezer drawer.
Our only critique so far is that it does make some noise from time to time that's louder than we're accustomed to. Operation wise it's VERY quiet, almost to the point that I wasn't sure it was on when opening the unit. However, it's very obvious when the water pump turns on to fill the ice maker, and there are a couple of other sounds that go bump in the night that we haven't figured out yet.
All-in-all though a very solid purchase that is thoughtfully designed and has just enough features to give it an elevated feel without superfluous nonsense that will just create costly repair bills down the line.

We had a lot of trouble finding a fridge that would fit properly and that would have all the important components that were important to us. It fit perfectly considering the layout of the counter. Everything is kept at the right temperature and I've had no issues with it at all. The smaller size is an adjustment but that is something we have adapted to quite nicely. It's a beautiful fridge and completes the gourmet kitchen.

Love it, but noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the new fridge, but it makes a lot of noises...whining, buzzing, high pitched hum. It sounds like most of it is coming from the ice maker, but hard to tell. Love the dual ice makers, lots of space everywhere, everything else is awesome.
