I needed to replace a side by side counter depth fridge. The issue for me was the refrigerator was in a corner of the kitchen with the left side of the fridge was next to set of cabinets. This meant that the left door had to open against the cabinets. This particular design has the design that the handles just clear the counter top on the left side and it is a shorter width door on the left side so it allows it to be opened further than other refrigerators.

Arrangement:
We love the middle draw that converts from freezer to cooler. We have already switched it back and forth based on over flow from the freezer during holidays. The middle draw is sufficient height as to be useful.

As far as the shelving in the refrigerator, there is a middle set that has a maximum height of only about 4-3/4”. At first this seems almost useless but it has been used for very short items, Tupperware, or casserole dishes. The top shelf is sufficient height for milk, OJ, Iced tea containers that we use.
Ice maker:
The ice cubes are a smaller size which is not my personal preference but they seem to work. The crushed ice seems to do well. The 2nd ice maker in the freezer section is great to have for parties. Having the middle drawer change to a freezer to accommodate this is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this appliance for about 2 weeks now. To date I have been pleased with its performance. The noise level on one of its cycles is different and it is taking some getting used to. It’s a bit louder than what I expected.
