LOVE the extra drawer and its functionality.

We bought this refrigerator 2 weeks ago and I really do love the functionality of the extra drawer. It was one of the main reasons we purchased this fridge. However. I gave it a 3 rating at this time, as we are having problems with the temperatures in the 2 crisper drawers and the back of the main fridge. With the factory settings, it is freezing our vegetables. After trying a solution that customer service gave us over the phone, we have had a service person here and are waiting for the parts which we hope will fix the issue.....but I have to say we were not expecting this issue with Frigidaire especially in the PROFESSIONAL line. Having said that, if this issue is fixed satisfactorily, I would say this could be a 5 rating.

Love my new fridge! It has tiered shelves which makes it really easy to see what you have and holds way more items. It does make some funny noises but the manual says that's normal.
