The Samsung Galaxy A12, the Galaxy A13 5G, the Galaxy A23 5G, and the Galaxy A32 5G all have NFC connectivity. Keep in mind that all of these devices, including your current Galaxy A03s, have the capability of expanding the storage out up to 1TB with the addition of a microSD card.
