Horrible phone, no processing power.. AVOID!

This phone is complete garbage. Don't waste your time with it. It runs like it has a single 1980's processor and 1mb of RAM. Processes take 10 to 20 seconds, there is a 3 to 4 second lag time from tapping a command on the screen and the phone processing the command. It will warn that the internal memory is full even though you delete ALL after market files and apps. After the most recent Android update (05/01/2023) caused it to completely crash. Now when I press the power button the phone hums for 1 second as it flashes "Samsung" on the screen and then goes back to a black screen. Nothing else happens. Even doing a hard-reboot by holding the down volume and power button at the same time for 7 seconds does nothing. In fact, it hums/flashes "Samsung" after 2 to 3 seconds, not 7, so I don't think it's even registering the down-volume+power key press. This phone is a piece of useless crap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Samsung Galaxy A03s has a microSD slot, so you have the option of expandable storage up to 1TB to increase your storage needs. I've attached a link that should help with the speed of your device. Another way to power off your phone is by swiping down from the top of the screen. Then swipe down a second time and press the ‘power’ icon in the top right corner next to the search icon. I would be a decent phone if they would get their software right .. Every so often my phone would freeze up on certain places like when i'm in the middle of signing into my email or surfing the net an then when when the phone reboots it shows the icon "Apps optimizing" you know, when android updates their OS . then their are times when this phone is soo very touchy ..this phone acts like a child or better yet 1 of my Ex wife's

Sorry I went down this road

Very poor quality phone overall that has me today wondering whether Samsung cares about its name or brand. The phone came without a charging block, which is absurd. I have lots of charging blocks from my old phones, but none like the kind this phone requires. So, I went out and bought a charging block, and when I connected it to the phone the phone froze. If Samsung had provided a proper charging block, this issue would likely have been avoided. Looks like both the phone and charger need to be returned. Samsung used to have a good reputation, but more and more I see complaints about its phones, tablets and televisions. So sorry I bought this phone. I should have read the reviews instead of just looking at the numerical scores.

I bought this a few months ago and I wish I'd gotten a device with more storage bc I'm having storage issues to the point I cant even uupdate my apps or device
